Hotel Soul Mate Inn - Lima

This hotel offers excellent value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is commendable. The location, situated in a fairly quiet area, is perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff provide great service and are very friendly. The basic amenities in the room with a queen bed and a bath are sufficient. Additionally, the breakfast offers several options to choose from.

No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

Very little. Dirty,cold and noisy. Only good part was the airport pick up which was efficient.

The actual staff are quite kind but manager makes it very difficult for her staff and tourists.

The nastiest & greediest manager I have ever met...! Has no idea how to treat a tourist. Will not allow staff to call a taxi for customers. Extremely rude. Uncomfortable hard beds and harder pillows. Not so clean shower. Dirty stained carpets. Smelly mould infested rooms.

The breakfast at Soul Mate Inn was a good surprise. I thoroughly enjoyed the spinach egg, hot dogs, and fries that were served one morning. The staff was also very friendly and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Despite a few minor issues, I would highly recommend staying here.

Excellent service. Nice hotel, good location , very clean rooms, air conditioning, safety box Internet for free , mini bar, friendly staff good breakfast, airport pick-up service, our stay at this hotel was very comfortable staff are all very friendly, has good breakfast excellent room service. they give more than offered , economic price but the service is very good we recommend 100% thanks Soul Mate Inn , we will return soon.

The location. It's in Miraflores which is considered the safest area in Lima. It is also close to Parque del Amor and the Kennedy park.

The transport to the airport that the hotel provides is overpriced.

No major issues, everything was fine.

Management did everything to please, air conditioned, hot water, wifi, secure parking, breakfast, location, fridge, big room, clean, good English, organised tours.

The hotel had a great location by the ocean, just one block from the beach, and in a fairly quiet area. The staff was friendly and accommodating, arranged transportation to and from the airport. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel facilities were clean.

Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

Quiet and clean bedroom. 24H open, always somebody at the reception. No need to ring if you return late in the night, entry door always open. Personal willing to help at anyrime. Wlan realy for free.

Unfortunately wlan did not reach our room, but connection available in corridor or downstairs

This hotel is perfectly located, just a block away from the great beach and the parks that surround it. the neighborhood is really nice, safe and in a great area surrounded by all kinds of facilities. the room and the bathroom are clean and pleasant and the staff is helpful and pleasant. You can have a tasty breakfast in the small restaurant and enjoy the view of the beach. the laundry service is superb and the bed is comfortable!

The hotel could improve the quality of their pillows, as they can be quite hard and uncomfortable.

The staff are fantastic, always eager to please and go the extra mile to assist guests with organizing their travel plans. The location is ideal, situated in a fairly quiet area but still within easy reach of Lima's tourist attractions. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a double bed and a bathroom with a queen bed. The breakfast options are varied and enjoyable, making for a great start to the day.

The only minor thing to mention is that there could have been more blankets available in the room. All in all, everything was fine.

Great value for money with helpful staff who were always available to assist. The location was fantastic with easy access to the beach and city center. Free hot water in the shower was a plus.

The Wi-Fi was not consistent and sometimes too slow. The breakfast could be more organized and offer more variety.
